NIF TECHNICAL COMPANY being an indigenous company with active involvement in providing technical Engineering solution in area of mechanical. The company skilled team not only has the resources and equipment, but also a unique technology as well as needed to undertake projects like mechanical Fabrication, erection and installation, welding services and scale services.
In the execution of such phases of works our objective will be to operate in a safe economic manner. Safety awareness is of utmost importance to all our staff. We are aware of the hazards involved in carrying-out projects and the necessary safety efforts/measure required to minimize injury to persons and damage to equipment and the environment. We would re-emphasize that each employee at every level is responsible for adopting a positive attitude towards safety. As a company, obligations towards its work force and will continue to maintain to the best of its ability, safe health and good working environment for all its employees.
The intention of the government is to ensure that the host communities enjoy deliverable benefit from the impact of oil and gas exploration.

OUR SAFETY POLICY
It is the policy of the company to carry out its business activities in such a manner that no fatality or serious injuries or damage to property arise there from. Every necessary step shall be taken to safe guard all who work for us including third parties. Positive attitudes to safety shall be rewarded and negative ones frowned at. Detailed safe procedure must be put in place and site management held accountable for its site implementation. And the use of competent/certified personnel shall be used in our jobs.
In other to ensure an enviable performance, the following strategies will be adopted.

2. The control of accident cause
3. The minimization of accident losses
While the overall policy responsibility for safety rest on the highest management level, all individuals at every level will have the responsibilities for carrying out that policy. With this in mind, employees should report potential hazards and observe safety rules, procedures and codes of practice. This policy will be brought to the notice of the employees. It will be reviewed from time to time and revised as necessary. We shall operate from the viewpoint that all accidents are preventable.
OUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
NIF TECHNICAL COMPANY environmental policy is a complete fulfill of the recent clamour for improved living conditions. The company is committed to ensuring clean and healthy environment especially in the course of our operation. We must take environmental sanitation programme seriously and encourage all our employees to do so.
Physical factors in the environment do influence health at work. These are lightening, ventilation, humidity and effect of extremes of temperature. Appropriate measures will be taken to guard against them. Every effort will be concentrated towards minimization of dust and other pollution agents released during the course of work. Structured use and disposal of injurious chemicals should be applied. Due regards must be paid to reduction of noise at source. Sit is expected to every employee to provide healthy and environmental acceptable condition both at home and work.
SECURITY POLICY
Considering that the lost of any material or equipment may have a great impact on working conditions, it is a target of NIF TECHNICAL COMPANY to properly sensitize its staff in respect of personal integrity, ensure adequate security of personnel, company’s property will be given maximum attention.
